Medium Stephen Wakeling Answers Your Questions
Date: 16 July 2013
Thank you for your question, which though short in words, throws up many connotations, and uncertainties. First of all, may I point out that my position in respect of providing advice on spiritual matters is solely for advice, guidance, spiritual appreciation and understanding? I, like anyone else, only see events in part; as such, I am not the panacea for all things, and most certainly I am not the font of all knowledge. Perhaps, you may be looking for a ‘reading’; if this is the case, I would suggest you see a ‘Spiritual Medium’, within the proximity of your residence. The purpose of this ‘Questions and Answers’ is to present an opportunity for the answer to open the faculty of a person’s mind, and to grasp spiritual verity. I have a ‘Golden Rule’ regarding readings: I only give them whilst taking ‘Public Demonstrations of Mediumship’, or at ‘Face-to-Face’ Appointments. Why one may ask? The answer is simple. I am held within the restraints of my own divine intuitive gifts, which work within clear boundaries, guidelines and parameters. For ‘Spiritualist Resources’, I operate by answering questions, through inspiration. Additionally, I use years of experience working from my comprehension gleaned from a broad-church approach to spiritual matters, and using a most wonderful gift – knowledge of ‘Spiritual Philosophy’.
Back to your point within the question ‘you have waited three years for an answer’. There could be a couple of answers. Perhaps the time is not right; otherwise, there may be other people, or personalities involved, or you may be looking down the wrong avenue of experience. Some people believe that those in the next world solve our problems – nothing could be further from the truth. Of course they help, support and try to inspire our thoughts, actions and deeds. But we have to be responsible for our own actions and the way we progress along the pathway of this life. Yes, there are many twists and turns, good times and bad, happiness and sadness – all part of the mechanism of life, both in this world and the next. Alternatively, you have moved through an experience, and now need clarification on either your actions or those of a third-party. If this is the case, again I would point to a local medium, or your own conscience. If what you have gone through is for the betterment of yourself and others, conducted with love, one would ascertain, blessings will flow – if not, then the answer would have to be no!
Prayer or positive thought are wonderful and conjure up great opportunity for ourselves and others. But, and old adage, given to me many years ago was: “If you keep knocking at a door, and it doesn’t open, then go and knock at another, for this may be the one, which opens for you”. Past experiences whilst at very difficult times in my life, when wishing for something to happen, have not always resulted in what I had wished for. With reflection later in life, looking back with hindsight, I am glad it didn’t... An old saying from my spiritual teacher was: “Don’t spend too much time worrying about the problems of tomorrow; least you miss the pleasures of today”.
I can only give you a philosophical reply. You point about being blessed; is this reference to divine intervention, or for what you have done, or are attempting, is for the benefit of others? One would take the literal observation that blessing will be given if your actions are beneficial for others to offer peace, tranquility, and in the name of the brotherhood of mankind, one would presume the answer is yes!
In Peace and light
PS If you are uncertain about my work for “Spiritualist Resources”, I would suggest you look at a video placed on the website (link below) which explains things in a little more detail – thank you.
