Dear Louise

First of all I notice you requested a reply onto your personal e-mail; this I cannot do because the format of the question and answers communication is for public access.

Regarding your question, you actually provide your own answer. If you are doing something, which you consider wrong, and do not amend it - then you have gained nothing - it is very simple. They say ignorance is bliss - though you say: “I knew I shouldn't have been doing that at the time and were wrong, yet I did them anyway....” So the answer is rather simple - try to alter your actions and in this way, make corrections for errors, improve and develop yourself....

No one is perfect, no matter who they are. This world, with its great beauty, is not perfect. All of us have to work out, their own imperfections, upon the “Potter’s Wheel of Life.....” There is no exception to this simple truth about life - but it is you who needs to gain the balance of life - this is done through altering your attitude and application to the actions every individual is ultimately responsible for.

My conclusion is a simple "stop worrying", make right your wrongs and move forward. Gain enjoyment in this life - because the next world, for all of us, comes sooner than we often think...

In Peace and Light

Stephen
