Not all orbs seem equal

I posted on this site in the summer of 2015, pictures of orbs that I took with a cell phone in Stanley Park British Columbia. Here are the 3 most beautiful orbs I ever photographed, colorful and bright. The pics were taken during the day.

There are 2 orbs together on the right hand side of the first picture:

And one on the left hand side of the second picture:

The colorful twin orbs of the first picture above had company: A whitish orb, about same size, lower on the trunk of the tree (bottom of the pic):

A few months earlier in San Diego, on a Holy Saturday evening, in front of an old mission church that had seen (if not caused) a lot of carnage among native Indians (soldiers were buried there too) some centuries ago, there were thousands of orbs all over the place. Here are 2 of these pics. The brightest sphere on each of the 2 pics is the full moon (it was the second of the Blood Moons 2014-2015), but all the other spheres are orbs. The pics were taken at night.

The questions I have - and I would love to see your answers (just click on the link called "Reply"):

- Why do some orbs display bright colors while others are whitish? And more specifically as we can see on the third pic from the top, why on the very same picture, 2 orbs are colorful and one - just below on the same tree - is white?

- Why are ALL the orbs of San Diego white (no color at all there - maybe it's because the pics were taken at night time)?

- Are the orbs on the ground in San Diego the orbs of animals, and the ones that are higher, the orbs of people? (I would spontaneously say so, but I once saw the orb of my cat Little Girl all over the place, from ceiling to floor)

- Why are some orbs brighter and bigger than others? (quality of their soul, maybe?)

Below: 2 white orbs taken same year, 100 miles away on a sunny day.
