How to Cleanse a Depressed Aura

Every living and non-living thing has an energy field made up of millions of vibrating atoms and molecules surrounding it. A healthy, clean aura can strengthen the body as well as the mind. A depressed aura can take more intense meditation but can be cleansed over time with just a few minutes each day.

Create crystal-infused water to use during meditation. Fill a spray bottle with water and drop in several crystals. Choose crystals with healing properties, such as moonstone, quartz or aventurine.

Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed to cleanse the depressed aura. It is important to create a relaxing atmosphere, where you will feel completely comfortable and at peace. Try dimming the lights, lighting candles or incense, and playing soothing music.

Spray the crystal-infused water over your entire body and place a clear piece of quartz on the brow chakra. The brow chakra is located on the forehead in between the eyes.

Close your eyes and visualize a bright white light engulfing your body. Watch as the white light washes away and cleanses the depression from your aura. Try to hold the image for at least five minutes.

Visualize the depression in your body exiting through the crystal on the brow chakra. Feel the body energizing as the depression is expelled.

Tip: For the best results, set a meditation schedule, setting aside time in the morning and at night for aura cleansing.
